Mission: Prep

Proper prep for a stronger, longer-lasting finish.

Local Roots

We live and work in the same community as our customers.

Concrete doesn't have to look like concrete.

Bare concrete is porous, difficult to keep clean, and vulnerable to staining, wear, and surface damage. A professionally installed coating seals the surface while giving the entire space a cleaner, more finished appearance.

Whether you're upgrading a garage, refreshing an outdoor living area, or creating a tougher surface for a workspace, the right coating can completely change the way the space looks and performs.

1

Durability

Create a tougher surface for vehicles, foot traffic, equipment, and everyday use.

2

Easy Maintenance

A sealed surface makes dirt, spills, and debris easier to clean.

3

Protection

Help protect concrete from stains, chemicals, moisture, and wear.

4

Visual Impact

Transform the look of the space with color, texture, and finish options that fit your style.

Coatings Built for the Job

Different spaces demand different performance. And each coating system offers different strengths in durability, cure time, UV stability, and finish. We'll help you select the right system, or combination of systems, for your space.

Epoxy

A versatile coating that can create everything from solid-color and flake floors to highly decorative metallic and marbled finishes.

Polyaspartic

A fast-curing, UV-stable coating that can be used as a durable topcoat or in place of epoxy in systems where sunlight exposure and faster cure times are a priority.

Polyurea

A fast-curing, highly durable coating known for its flexibility, impact resistance, and strong adhesion, commonly used as a base coat in high-performance flake flooring systems.

Bulletproof Prep.

The coating is only as good as the surface underneath it. Every installation starts with thorough concrete preparation. No shortcuts, no exceptions.

1

Moisture reading

We test the slab for moisture vapor before committing to a coating system, so we don't build on top of a problem.

2

Diamond grinding

Mechanical prep down to bare, dust-free concrete gives the coating a real mechanical bond.

3

Crack + surface repair

Cracks and surface damage get repaired during prep, not covered up and hoped for.

4

Second diamond grind

A second grinding pass smooths out the repairs so the surface is level and consistent before anything goes down.

5

Surface cleanup / dust removal

A clean, dust-free slab before anything goes down, so nothing gets trapped under the coating.

Frequently asked questions.

There isn't one universal answer. The right system depends on the condition of the concrete, sunlight exposure, how the garage is used, the appearance you want, and other project requirements. We'll help you choose the system that makes the most sense for your floor.

They are different coating chemistries with different strengths. Epoxy is commonly used for its adhesion, build, and decorative possibilities. Polyurea is known for flexibility and durability, while polyaspartic coatings offer strong performance, UV stability, and fast cure characteristics. Many professional floors use more than one type of coating within the complete system.

Many cracks and surface imperfections can be repaired or addressed during preparation. The condition of the concrete needs to be evaluated before determining the appropriate approach.

Any smooth surface can become slippery when wet. Texture and traction additives can be incorporated into certain systems depending on the environment and desired finish.

Installation and cure times depend on the size and condition of the floor as well as the coating system being installed. We'll provide project-specific expectations before work begins.

Existing coatings may need to be mechanically removed so the new system can properly bond to the concrete underneath.

We offer a lifetime warranty depending on the coating area and type. We'll be happy to go over the warranty included with your potential project before we start.
